A complete flat renovation of a Victorian property, stripping the property back to bare bricks, moving the kitchen wall out to create more space, as well as removing partition walls in the spare bedroom and hallway to open up the space. New boiler and central heating system fitted, complete rewiring and brand new bathroom and kitchen installed. Sash windows were added as well as period style internal doors to add back some character and neutral sophisticated wall colours with striped carpet to add dramatic effect in the hallway. A modern bathroom was fitted with soft grey tiled walls. The kitchen was kept clean and simple, a butler sink added and a splash of colour created with the raspberry tiling.
