We renovated the ground floor and landing of this Victorian coach house entirely. Stripping it right back and putting in a new. By building new decking and planter boxes in the garden and adding a York stone pathway between the artificial grass a contemporary and hassle free garden was created. Inside the ground floor was opened up to create open plan living with a cloakroom fitted to the front of the property. The floor level was dropped and the ceiling raised as much as possible to give greater ceiling height and a feeling of space. In the cloakroom we built bespoke cabinets with marble worktops and fitted the designer fixtures. We installed underfloor heating throughout as well as rewiring and re-plumbing. A new appliance cupboard was built on the 1st floor landing to save space in storing the boiler, washing machine and water tank all together to maximise space downstairs. We worked in collaboration with the structural engineer and council for all planning approvals. A contemporary and stunning home was create by working closely with the clients and designing the space together.
